Abstract

Recently, a report about international global megatrends arrived on my desk entitled, “Future State 2030: The global megatrends shaping governmentsâ€. The report was produced by KPMG International and the Mowat Centre (an independent public policy research centre at the School of Public Policy and Governance at the University of Toronto).
