Beyond administration: nursing leadership in the era of cellular therapies
Abstract
Medical advances over the past fifteen years have been remarkable. People living with, and beyond, cancer now have access to increasingly specialized and targeted treatments, such as immunotherapy, bispecific antibodies, and chimeric antigen receptor T-cell (CAR-T) therapies. Advances in cellular therapies, however, are not limited to oncology; they are also expanding to other disease areas. In this rapidly evolving context, the education and organization of nursing practice remain essential levers to ensure high-quality and safe oncology nursing care.
