Abstract
Charissa Cordon, docteure en éducation, infirmière, enseignante et leader, travaille dans les soins de santé depuis une vingtaine d’années. Elle a récemment été nommée vice-présidente associée à la pratique et à la formation du réseau hospitalier William Osler Health System. Elle a occupé plusieurs autres postes de leadership, notamment ceux de directrice d’une équipe encadrant la pratique professionnelle et les ressources cliniques, de cheffe de la pratique infirmière, et de cheffe de la pratique interprofessionnelle. Forte de sa riche expérience, notamment en tant que leader du changement transformationnel en soins infirmiers, elle a dirigé plusieurs initiatives locales, provinciales et nationales.
