Abstract


Voici le quatrième et dernier article d’une série consacrée à la prévention de la thrombose associée au cancer (TAC). Jusqu’ici, nous avons abordé l’importance de la thromboembolie veineuse (TEV) chez les personnes atteintes de cancer, le manque de connaissances des patients et des professionnels de la santé sur la TAC, et les moyens de combler ces lacunes. Le présent article porte sur une approche thérapeutique pratique soutenue par un cadre théorique. Il y sera aussi question de la TEV idiopathique, souvent un signe précurseur de cancer.
