Abstract
Dear Editor,
I appreciate the article, Effectiveness of an intervention (effleurage and petrissage) on the severity of chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy (CIPN) among patients: A randomized control pilot trial, published in the “Canadian Oncology Nursing Journal (2024, Jul 1;34(3):404–411)” for raising an important issue by highlighting the importance of effleurage and petrissage in reducing the severity of CIPN among cancer patients receiving platinum-based chemotherapy. However, I have a few concerns about the methodology and ethics as mentioned in the article.
