We are not there yet

Abstract

I have been struck recently by the number of articles in newspapers and journals that focus on themes of navigating the ‘new normal’ or coping with the challenges after COVID. If you read too quickly, the impression you can gather is that the pandemic is over. But I find myself reacting to this idea and thinking, ‘We are not there yet.’
